The annual HOA meeting will be held December 10, 2024, at 6:30 pm at the Brandon Regional Library, 619 Vonderburg Dr., in Valrico.  All homeowners are invited to attend to vote for our board members. If you cannot attend, please complete and return the proxy included in your meeting notice mailing. Meeting location and time are subject to change with notice.
