Annual Meeting
Monday, December 15th
The annual HOA meeting is scheduled for December 15, 2025, at 6:30 pm at the Misty Glen Community Playground. Homeowners will receive a mailed notice with a proxy prior to the meeting. If you cannot attend in person to vote for board members, please complete and return your proxy prior to the meeting. All homeowners are encouraged to attend. (Meeting date and location subject to change with notice.)
Friendly Reminders
HOA assessments are due quarterly on Jan 1st, Apr 1st, Jul 1st, and Oct 1st. Please register or login via the Homeowner Portal at McNeil Management Services, Inc. (https://mcneilmsi.com)
Safety Reminder
Please do not speed in our community! The distance from the north end of the community to the entrance is 1/3 of a mile. Exceeding the speed limit will NOT result in any time savings to your commute but GREATLY increases the risk of an accident including property damage, injury to pets, children, pedestrians, or much worse!
