Friendly Reminders
HOA assessments are due quarterly on Jan 1st, Apr 1st, Jul 1st, and Oct 1st. Please register or login via the Homeowner Portal at Unique Property Services.
Safety Reminder
Please do not speed in our community! The distance from the north end of the community to the entrance is 1/3 of a mile. Exceeding the speed limit will NOT result in any time savings to your commute but GREATLY increases the risk of an accident including property damage, injury to pets, children, pedestrians, or much worse!
